1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Verification

All content on the ph598 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and interface design — is the property of ph598 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph598 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. 10. Limitation of Liability

11. Suspension & Termination

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account termination, any balance held in the User's ph598 account (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned via the User's verified withdrawal method, provided no outstanding compliance review is pending.
